• Archdiocesan Day for “Mystical Body, Mystical Voice”

Feb. 25, 9am - 5pm

- “Mystical Body, Mystical Voice” is a high level theological

review of liturgical and sacramental theology. It is a program

of catechesis and formation developed by the Liturgical Institute

of the University of St. Mary of the Lake. The priests, deacons

and parish leaders will review the purpose and efficacy of the

liturgy through a review of the Church’s teaching, employing

the conciliar document “Sacrosanctum Concilium,” and other

Roman documents that led up to Vatican II. Attending this full

day, or two half-day conference, will provide the parish leaders

a thorough review/grounding in sound theology. Attendance

will assist them to lead their parish in the coming months

through formation and catechesis for the 3rd Edition of the

Roman Missal.
